The children have produced some truly beautiful diary entries, inspired by Kawa from our story My Name Is Not Refugee. Their writing showed real empathy and imagination. We also enjoyed exploring the work of Paul Klee, recreating some of his distinctive artwork in preparation for creating our own pieces in his style next week.
In maths, everyone has been working brilliantly on their times tables and showing great determination. Our topic lesson was especially interesting as we began learning about the Victorians, gathering fascinating facts ready to dive into what life was like for children during the Victorian era next week.
It’s been a full and exciting week of learning. Wishing everyone a lovely weekend with plenty of rest, ready for another great week ahead.
