- We always meet outside, in a different place each time
- We begin with an opening prayer, and then have time to explore at our own pace, do crafts, paint, draw, identify plants, get involved in activities (this time we have den building!)
- At 4pm or so, we gather for a short, outdoor worship service, and we sometimes have a particular theme
- We end with hot drinks (provided), and you are very welcome to bring a packed tea to eat
- EVERYONE is welcome! All ages (we usually have a range of 80 or so years), and dogs on leads
- You’ll need to dress for the weather

These issues become more significant when we consider that children and young people can use these apps to stay active – whether out of concern for their own health or for reasons of body image.
