On Thursday we were proud to host the North Shropshire Schools Area Sports. We invited seven schools to compete against each other in athletics events for Years 4-6. The morning was a huge success with around 150 pupils taking part.
The eagerly awaited Relay events were won by Bomere Heath (girls) and Myddle (boys).
We look forward to our own Sports Day next Thursday (11th July) and Area Sports next year.
Today, Year 6 pupils were visited by two school nurses from the local NHS Trust to talk about growing up and puberty to supplement our PSHE curriculum.
Pupils discussed emotional and physical changes, hygiene, relationships, positive sleep patterns, exercise and much more.
