Homework – Grinshill

Friday 4th November 2022

This week I have set some homework on the computer. We have logged on in school and checked everyone’s password and user name. I can then see when the children have completed the work as it alerts me. You can login using any device that has internet access, computer, ipad, kindle, phone, x-box, PlayStation.

Healthy Helpers

Today, the school council members from Healthy Helpers carried out a Health and Safety audit of the school.

They walked around the entire school with the caretaker Mr Jones and Chair of governors Keith Lister. They made sure the school was safe and identified any issues that may need addressing. The children were very thorough and carried out their roles fantastically.

Grinshill Class _ Design Technology Project

This term the children have been designing their own pyramids in their books and using Computer aided design.

Next week, they will be making their designs. They have each chosen what they want to make it out of. So, they will be asking you for some items.

If anyone has any spare cardboard could they please bring into class before Friday.

Welcome Back!

This term our topic is Ancient Egyptians – I have included the topic link to show what we will be doing this term

Summer 2022 Egypt

PE will be on a Thursday and a Friday

Homework out on Wednesday in on Monday.

Spellings are back and will be tested on a Friday morning – the children will bring home their spelling books today.
